Tree Service Careers - Openings
ISA Certified Tree Climber
Qualities of a good candidate:
- Certified arborist (preferred but not required).
- 2 years of industry experience (required or its equivalent)
- High school graduate or GED.
- Driver’s license with good record (CDL preferred but not required).
- Dependable transportation
- Good communication skills
- Pesticide license (preferred but not required)
Skills needed:
Tree climb with and without gaffs adhering to ANSI standards for safety.
Prune large and small trees to a high-quality following ISA standards.
Accomplish removals in restricted locations with rigging.
Operate or capable of learning to operate various machines such as: spider lift, tracked walk behind loader, grapple log trailer, hydraulic winch and skid steer.
Perform ground operations when it is logistically needed.
Safely run a chainsaw and chipper.
