Very professional, skilled, helpful and personable! WOW. Took a while to get scheduled but worth it and we knew ahead of time. They cut back a large fig tree, rewired, pruned and retrained our espaliered apple, pruned our columnar apple trees, removed one tree and transported it to another location for replanting. It was almost noiseless, done efficiently and quickly. Again WOW and THANKS

Nearly a year has passed since Arbor Care pruned our tree. I have studied the tree through four seasons. Magnificent! The sculptural artistry of this trim brings enormous pleasure every day. A major landscape element on our small but lovely lot, this tree now stands as testimony to the skill of her caregivers. Everyone and anyone who stares upon this tree is rewarded. Thank you! The beneficiaries of Arbor Care's thoughtful pruning will stretch for as long as this beautiful tree stands.

As always, Arbor Care, Inc. has done an amazing job caring for the trees in our neighborhood before the damage can cause issues in the near future. A side benefit was that it opened the view as well. They were careful not to damage the trees while also caring for the aesthetics. They're nice too.

Arbor Care services are very professional. They always are there on time and do a excellent job with clean up. We've used Arbor Care multiple times and are exceptionally pleased each time.

Arbor Care took down, in pieces, two very tall, heavy and dangerously situated "Long toothed" Aspen Trees in my back yard. And they did so in what I can only call a charitable way, because of my limited budget. Technically, I won't try to describe the way they did it, but they reduced a very complex job to a series of simple, logical and safe steps. They started at 8:30 am and were finished by 1:30 pm. I recommend them highly.

Thanks to the crew that came the last three days to cut down three huge spruce trees and trim our coastal pine tree. You trimmed our pine tree to look beautiful. All the guys were very nice Awesome job and very happy with results.

We hired Arbor Care after the neighbors asked us to work with them on cutting a laurel hedge on our property. The experience didn't disappoint. I requested a quote late Friday, they called Monday and sent the owner of the company out to give an assessment by Wednesday. I appreciated that the site visit was included as part of the service in the contract and once signed that we were scheduled two weeks later. They showed up on time, checked in to make certain I was happy and even finished early. Whilst the neighbors were hoping to get a better view, my primary concern was retaining enough foliage that I could maintain both greenspace and privacy. This concern was expressed during the site visit, and he articulated my concerns and his vision well to the team. We're all thrilled with the hedge. The neighbors got a view and I got to keep my privacy with the added bonus of a lot more sunlight, which I hadn't envisioned but clearly the professionals did. I had some very large pine trees that needed to come down,and, the Arbor Care tree specialists did a great and careful job! We had a number of trees that were overgrown with tons of dead branches. Called around and Arbor Care was the best overall. They were very quick to respond, friendly, professional, and did an absolutely AMAZING job. Would absolutely use their services again.

I’m not sure service can get any better. Luke returned my call the same day and promptly showed up the next day with an estimate. The work was impeccable and swift. A plus 100%!

If there were six stars we'd give them. The Arbor Care crew (Bridget, John & Jan) was outstanding in every respect and a joy to see in action. It is rare when a service project proceeds flawlessly from start to finish, but this was the case. We needed to have a mature Sitka spruce tree removed. It was located close to our house and outbuildings and required precision and care to be taken down. With Bridget in the tree, the crew made quick work of the spruce, chipping up every bit of it and leavng the chips where we can use them this fall. The crew completed the job by cleaning up every trace of the tree and their work. Throughout the project - which took only three hours start to finish - everyone was pleasant, cheerful, and professional. Arbor Care will be our choice for any future work.

My company does mosquito control in the area. We have a 55 lb drone to spray for mosquitoes. On Friday Morning, I was flying near South Bend, Washington, when a tree jumped out in front of the drone and captured it. So, I had a drone worth $10s of thousands, more than 100 feet in a cedar tree. I called Arbor Care that morning. Explained my predicament. The owner said that it is a holiday weekend (4th of July) and his staff was off for the weekend. I explained how important this drone recovery was, and he was able to pull together a team of two; Mercede and Agustin to agree to come in on their Saturday morning. Needless to say, the price was a bit high, but it was also on a day off, holiday weekend. The two arrived 15 minutes early. They checked out what we had going on. Asked questions about how to best remove the drone without damaging the drone. They made a plan, and took their time to make sure they were safe as workers and careful with our equipment. Four hours later, Augusine descended with the drone in tow. Only damage was what was caused by the tree attacking the drone! Great service, awesome employees. A bit on an expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Great service when needed. Thank you guys! Awesome job!

Overall a very easy process, they showed up when they said they would and got the job done quickly, they removed 4 big alders from my back yard with a crane. Everyone was really nice to deal with from the person on the phone to the people that did the work. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Thanks!
